Position Summary:

The Junior Trainer will be responsible for the facilitation of all assigned operations training including new hire training as well as courses designed to develop greater proficiency in all participants. He/she will also gather and report training metrics and contribute to the development of training content across multiple training methods. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct all classroom led training assigned 
  • Develop or updates training materials to align with operational needs 
  • Understand the needs of the employees and judge what will work 
  • Maintain the appearance of the training center up to Sixt standards 
  • Perform in-person coaching at the branch level 
  • Tracks all training completion for the participants 
  • Oversees organizing training dates, travel, and direct billing accounts 
  • Present in front of groups of employees, speak interpersonally with individuals, report to management and meet with vendors 
  • Directly manage participants in their classes 
  • They must be friendly, clear, strong speakers and excellent facilitators. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • Minimum 2 years of instructor led training experience 
  • 6 months RSA experience in a branch or customer service/sales equivalent jobs is preferred 
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience 
  • Comfortable presenting in front of large crowds 
  • Clear understanding of the training process 
  • Strong vendor management skills related to hotel accounts and lunch options during training 
  • Strong focus on the customer 
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
