Position Summary:

The Service Agent cleans and details the interior and exterior of vehicles. The Service Agent also performs regular maintenance, moves vehicles, and performs customer service duties to ensure the proper return of vehicles. 


  • Wash and dry vehicle exterior by hand or with washing equipment
  • Polish, dry and clean vehicle windshields, windows, lights, mats and exterior body
  • Vacuum, shampoo and clean vehicle interior, ensuring vehicle is detailed to perfection
  • Maintain vehicle needs including windshield fluid, gas, oil, water and other necessities
  • Perform maintenance check including checking antenna, under the hood, inside the vehicle, inside the trunk, and outside vehicle
  • Ensure appropriate identification is attached to vehicle, including registration, plates, and tracking ID
  • Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
  • Greet all customers using appropriate dialogue as they arrive on the lot
  • Remind customers to check for personal belongings
  • Identify any items found in the vehicle with a unit number, date, time and turn into lost and found
  • Advise and review rental charges; provide an accurate receipt to the customer
  • Provide information in a professional and courteous manner regarding transportation to the airport terminal
  • Inquire about service, satisfaction and document dissatisfaction
  • Discreetly check vehicle for damage on incoming vehicles and direct customer to counter for completion of damage/loss report
  • Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned, including local vehicle deliveries.


  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 6 months of relevant work experience
  • Must be willing to wear company uniforms
  • Must have valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations
  • Must have the ability to adapt in a fast paced environment
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
