    Position Summary:


    The Lot Security Agent is responsible for securing the lot and vehicles in the lot, organizing storage, inventories, and access control. The Lot Security Agent is also responsible for supporting the Fleet Manager and Fleet Planner with several tasks assigned.

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Allowing only authorized personnel access to the lot
    • Efficiently storing vehicles
    • Communication with branch and fleet planning for vehicle dispatch
    • Transportation of vehicles
    • Operating outside in all weather conditions.

    What you'll need:

    • High School Diploma or GED
    • Minimum 1 year customer service experience; previous customer/escalation support experience preferre
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills required
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Excellent relationship building skill
    • Must be able to communicate efficiently and courteously to customers
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Ability to communicate in other languages (French, Portuguese, Hebrew, German, etc.) is a plus.
