Position Summary:


Sixt Rent A Car, LLC seeks to appoint a CRM Specialist. This role determines the most effective points of interaction (POI) for marketing campaigns by using reports from the customer information center system. You will apply customer and sales information from the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to achieve marketing goals throughout the Unites States.



  • Manage implementation of direct marketing campaigns including, but not limited to, list generation, customer targeting and activation based on channel engagement.
  • Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the organization with a view to retaining existing customers, increasing brand loyalty and expanding the company brand.
  • Responsible for building customer and vendor relationships. 
  • Liaise with partners to solve issues, communicate needs and create synergy.
  • Identify user needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
  • Advises internal resources on targeting capabilities based upon customer activation attributes.
  • Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis.
  • Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
  • Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
  • Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a relevant role (or an equivalent combination of education/experience).
  • Knowledge of CRM applications and tools.
  • Proven ability to conduct proper research to adapt our business for national markets, leveraging local insights for maximal impact.
  • Highly analytical in nature, as well as able to think outside of the box on a number of occasions.
  • Expert interpersonal relationship skills and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work under little direction as well as superb decision-making skills.
  • Ability to produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline driven environment while balancing multiple priorities.
  • Experience in a values-driven organization.
