Position Summary:

 

The Recruiting Analyst will be responsible for sourcing strategies for the Talent Acquisition team. They will provide support by providing interviews, research, and analysis to make the team more efficient.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for database mining of in house tools including iCims, internet searching, resume searching, prescreening candidates, and filtering mass amounts of potential candidates
  • Work within the Talent Acquisition team and partner with recruiters to develop sourcing strategies
  • Builds applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, universities, social media and internet sites; then provides organization information, opportunities and benefits; makes presentations and maintains rapport
  • Screens and pre-qualifies candidates via phone and schedules interviews with recruiters
  • Serves as a backup for recruiters when needed
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, attending career fairs, networking and utilizing job sites
  • Accomplishes human resources and organization’s mission by completing related tasks as needed.

 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 6+ months of developing metrics and analytics
  • Ability to develop, interpret, and analyze recruiting metrics and trends
  • Proficiency in managing date and reporting through MS Excel; proficiency in basic statistics
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills and team-based project experience
  • Strong vendor management skills related to recruiting activities, such as university relations and job boards
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems.
