Corporate Meeting

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Fleet Administrator is to provide coverage and support with administrative duties for various Car Control departments

Responsibilities:

  • Archiving documents and information into folders
  • Requesting and providing information through emails, telephone, or fax
  • Executing various fleet related processes
  • Handling and distributing supplies and inventory
  • Uploading documents and information into the system
  • Distributing prepopulated excel and system reports
  • Providing support to various team members

Qualifications:

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelors Preferred
  • Must have basic computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications.
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work rapidly, but accurately
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
  • Proficiency in English
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
