    Position Summary:

     

    The primary responsibility of the Jr. Process Improvement & Project Specialist is to support the Car Control department by creating reports, analyzing data, implementing process improvements and leading projects.

     

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Create and implement various fleet related process improvements and projects
    • Create and analyze various fleet related reports and dashboards
    • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within various fleet related processes
    • Assist in onboarding new suppliers/vendors
    • Assist in improving cost and time efficiency in various fleet-related processes
    • Assist in creating process documentation and SOPs.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Must have excellent computer navigation skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to work rapidly and accurately
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Proficiency in English
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
