    Position Summary:

    Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, this position provides administrative support in addition to special projects.

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Professionally administers all incoming calls and ensures that phone calls are redirected accordingly
    • Greets guests in a professional, friendly, hospitable manner
    • Responsible for ordering, receiving, stocking and distribution of office supplies
    • Acts as a liaison with company vendors (i.e. caterers, office supplies, coffee/water suppliers, cleaning/maintenance etc.)
    • Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and day-to-day maintenance of the common office areas, lunch room and conference rooms daily
    • Receives, sorts and delivers mail and incoming deliveries (FedEx, UPS)
    • Creates and sends correspondence e.g. embezzlement letters
    • Files police reports
    • Create and maintain Excel spreadsheets e.g. to track office mail, lost and found
    • Replies to complaints and works on complaint management / CSI reports
    • Scanning of necassery reports e.g. damage reports, manuals
    • Projects as needed.

    What you'll need:

    • High school diploma or GED, Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
    • Availability to work Monday – Friday 8:00 am– 4:30pm
    • Excellent organizational skills required
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize
    • Able to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Self-starter who embraces technology
    • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Strong customer service skill
    • Be able to effectively work with customers
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Strong typing and note taking skills i.e. a minimum of 30 words per minute
    • 10-key by touch proficient (i.e. type on the number pad without looking at the keys)
    • Proficient in basic computer skills
    • Proficient in Word Documents (Excel intermediate level)
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Ability to communicate in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, German, etc.) is a plus.
