    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Guide Franchisees through the opening process: Put them in touch with relevant departments, brief them on Sixt’s corporate standards, and work through a pre-opening check-list
    • Ensure compliance with corporate standards by performing Audits or various other checks
    • Act as an intermediary between Franchisees and various departments at Sixt’s Corporate Office
    • Coach Franchisees in application of the Sixt rental software
    • Provide a basic level of training and assistance in areas such as Pricing, Marketing and Accounting, and refer to relevant departments for further assistance
    • Observe operations at franchise branches and recommend process improvements
    • Analyze business performance and assist Franchisees in developing improvement plans
    • Update Sixt manuals and other documentation when needed
    • Work closely with the rest of the growing Franchise support team
    • Prepare presentations as needed.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree
    • Experience either in the travel and hospitality industry OR in a project management role OR in a Franchise organization required
    • 2-5 years operations experience in retail, travel, or franchise industries
    • CFE a plus
    • Ability to influence stakeholders over whom you do not have direct authority
    • Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills required
    • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and management skills and the ability to multi-task
    • Must be willing to travel up to 40%
    • Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must have the ability to manage stressful or unusual situations in order to maintain good customer service
    • Must have the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be at least 21 years old
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including day and/or evening hours
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Ability to communicate in other languages, especially Spanish, Portuguese, or German, is a plus.
