    What to expect:

    The Telesales Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily running and management of the telesales team. You will directly be responsible for meeting sales targets and the development and training of the team.

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Create standards of measurements and regular reporting to track progress towards quality management goals 
    • Coach, inspire and motivate sales team to ensure sales targets are met
    • Provide ongoing communication and support to new and existing clients
    • Develop and lead new members in the Telesales team as we expand in the United States
    • Forecast and analyze sales data and report KPI’s to leaders
    • Continuously manage multiple concurrent tasks
    • Analyze potential customers to offer Sixt products that fit their needs
    • Implement new customers with correct booking tools and payment cards
    • Support current customers with account maintenance and trouble-shooting
    • Maintenance of sales email account and corporate sales telephone line
    • Managing call center corporate leads program
    • Respond to and handle unfamiliar situations with limited or no supervisory guidance
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 3+ years sales management experience leading a sales team
    • Experience in travel, hospitality or telesales industry preferred
    • Demonstrated leadership or management skills
    • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals
    • Analytical skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
    • Ability to inspire, motivate, and lead local and remote teams
    • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion), and planning skills
    • Must be open to travel
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
    • Proficiency in English, and the ability to communicate in other languages (German, Spanish, etc.) is a plus.
