    What to expect:

    Sixt is looking to hire a highly detailed-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to manage a seamless onboarding process for our employees. You will serve as a liaison between People Management and Talent Acquisition to ensure compliance. You will flawlessly execute pre-employment background and motor vehicle report checks, coordinate training and travel arrangements, onboard new hires and provide administrative support. In addition, you will provide exceptional candidate care pre-hire through the first day of employment.

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Coordinate appropriate candidate pre-employment motor vehicle report and background checks with external vendor
    • Effectively communicate on-boarding procedures, detail and status to candidates, talent acquisition, and hiring managers
    • Schedule start dates and send Onboarding Paperwork to new hires
    • Assist with ad hoc projects when it comes to the development and change management involved in the creation of a strategic on-boarding program
    • Schedule training and confirm Travel Arrangements for new trainees and interviewees
    • Perform overall administrative support to the recruitment team and with external vendors
    • Stay informed of current state compliances for new hire onboarding paperwork, background and motor vehicle checks, and Fair Chance Process
    • Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor’s degree in related field
    • Strong business sense, professionalism, and success producing results in a constantly-changing environment
    • Aptitude and discipline to follow strict processes and adhere to employment regulations
    • Possess superior time management, prioritization skills and ability to pay attention to small details
    • Superior communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills
    • Strong follow-through and outstanding customer service skills
    • Must be able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
    • Must possess strong analytical skills
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
