    What to expect:

    The Administrative Assistant (Claims) is responsible for providing administrative and organizational support to the US Claims team.

     

    What you'll do to be Sixt-cessful:

    • Organizing department activities, reviewing/vetting incoming requests, and coordinating with other departments
    • Perform administrative duties, including copying, scanning, and mailing
    • Track dates, deadlines and maintain in the calendar
    • Organize and maintain documents in paper and electronic filing systems
    • Coordinate other administrative tasks as assigned and assist in claims department
    • File, renew and oversee insurance licensing to ensure compliance
    • Review and process insurance reporting
    • Accurately collect data and maintain in data base
    • Review and process invoices in a timely manner
    • Research, negotiate and obtain insurance commercial liability and insurance quotes for new locations
    • Respond to third party subpoenas, garnishments, and other court filings

     

    What you'll need:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year of administrative experience
    • Superior organizational skills required
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize
    • Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Self-starter who embraces technology
    • Be able to work independently with minimal supervision
    • Proficient in basic computer skills: Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint
    • Must exhibit a high level of discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality of work matter
    • Must be at least 18 years old
    • Must be able to work 40 hours per week
    • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
